About workshop

The “Nuevos Materiales Inorgánicos” group has the honor to invite you to the workshop “Nanomaterials for adsorption and environmental catalysis”, an event dedicated to pay tribute to Professor Enrique Rodríguez Castellón, which will be held at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Málaga on June 26th and 27th, 2025.

This workshop will bring together leading researchers of international prestige in the fields of catalysis and adsorption, who have collaborated closely with Professor Rodríguez Castellón throughout his extensive and fruitful scientific career. His tireless research work, marked by excellence and innovation in the synthesis of materials with catalytic applications, has left a deep mark on the scientific community.

Beyond his extraordinary contribution to knowledge, Professor Rodríguez Castellón has been able to build solid bonds of friendship and cooperation with colleagues from all over the world. This event is, therefore, a reflection not only of his impact on science, but also of the appreciation and respect he has cultivated among those who have had the privilege of working with him.

The Organizing Committee celebrates the enthusiastic response of the speakers and warmly welcomes them to this workshop, where we will share knowledge, experiences and the legacy of an exceptional researcher.
